Prices shown on our website are indicative and are confirmed in a written quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, projects commence on receipt of the agreed deposit, with the balance payable at the milestones set out in your proposal.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to supply the content, assets, access and approvals we need to deliver your project, and you confirm that any material you provide does not infringe the rights of a third party. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding and code on this website remain the property of Unique Creations. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client transfers to that client on receipt of full payment, except for any third-party or open source components, which remain subject to their own licences.
Revisions & Support
Each engagement includes the number of revision rounds stated in its proposal. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and support are provided under a separate support and management agreement.

Our services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis.
